Because each book is produced upon order rather than pulled from pre-printed warehouse stock, delivery involves two phases:

Production Window (2–5 Business Days): Orders enter printing, binding, and quality packaging shortly after checkout. Printing facilities operate Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Transit Time (3–7 Business Days): Once dispatched, domestic packages typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days via standard carriers (USPS / UPS Ground).

Total Estimated Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the date of purchase.

Books are individually inspected and packaged in secure, rigid mailers to keep covers, corners, and pages flat and protected throughout transit.

No Order Cancellations: Because orders enter automated production queues promptly after checkout, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please double-check your item selections and shipping address prior to finalizing payment.
Single Destination per Checkout: Each order can only ship to a single delivery address. To send books to multiple recipients or addresses, please submit separate orders for each destination.

Automated Tracking: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, followed by a separate email containing tracking details as soon as the shipping label is generated.
Carrier Scan Delay: Please allow 24 to 48 hours from dispatch for the carrier’s tracking page to reflect initial scans and progress updates.
Delivery Support: If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of purchase, or if an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it and make it right.
